More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island included in the images.

Furthermore included in this latest document drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.

This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling various areas of the land.

In addition to this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.

More images disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
